Some forms of thought donβt seem to appear while you remain still.
You may have noticed this without quite naming it. Streets unfold and pass behind you. Sounds gather, then fade into a distant hum. After a while, the rhythm of your steps begins to draw the mind into a different state.
βSomething from earlier suddenly peaks. A situation you had not finished thinking through comes back into view. Then another follows, as though the mind had been waiting for this moment of movement to resume the conversation.β
You do not force it; the most you can do is observe. Connections begin to take shape on their own. The body continues forward, and the mind, relieved of effort, moves alongside it.
By the time you stop, something has shiftedβjust enough for you to recognise what had remained slightly beyond understanding a little earlier.
